One of our sellers started thinking about selling in March. Five months later, there are five signed contracts in the building, all in 55 days or less. Getting eyeballs and potential buyers is especially important now. Many New Yorkers travel in August and won't be back in the market until the middle of September so it's best to get some attention now.
This rapid market extends across the range of the market. Homes under $2M are getting snatched up quickly, and the majority of homes over $15M that sat for months (and in some cases years), are all gone.
