One Size Doesn’t Fit All

One of my favorite parts of New York City is you can find anything you need here, whether it's designer fashion or the perfect bagel sandwich. This magical attribute of New York City extends to our real estate, where there are no cookie cutter homes—no one size fits all mentality. Even units with the same floor plan can be truly unique.
While we witnessed a departure from the city in favor of smaller locales at the beginning of the pandemic, reports now indicate an uptick in residents. Manhattan's population alone is 4% higher than 2018, showing a sustained interest in our global capital, where anyone can be their unapologetic self. I can't wait to see what this generation of New Yorkers will add to the City.
For centuries, we have led the charge in fashion, food, (check out Angel in Jackson Heights meat-free take on classic Punjabi fare) and culture (it's the 50th anniversary of hip hop being created in the Bronx). Now the city is redefining retail and personal care, all at once: med-tail, with a 20% rise in wellness facilities in previously vacant store fronts. What will we invent next?
New York City's real estate market is equally resilient and innovative. From February 13th-19th, Manhattan saw more contracts signed than each week since May of 2022, including a contract on 30 Park Place, PH 77A. It was the second highest transaction of the week, and one of my highest sales to date—both physically (77th floor!) and price point.
The following week, I helped buyers secure the third highest contract of the week. Each transaction is unique and I enjoy the art of tailoring my services to my clients' needs. More than just these luxury deals, last month, I ranked 4th in terms of overall contract value. It's an honor to be recognized at the top of the market, especially as I celebrate my 40th year in the business.
New York is a beacon of individuality—there is no place on earth like it, and there are no two New Yorkers alike.
