Love is in the Air

Dear Friends and Family,

February is the month of love, so I'm diving into the things I love about my 40 year career in real estate. The entire list of experiences is countless, but there are two big ones: People and Penthouses.

As I hope everyone knows, I always put *people* over price point. Right now I'm working with two dear friends -- one on a 4,000 square foot penthouse and another on a 400 square foot studio. Regardless of price or prestige, I'm here to support your needs. I've helped thousands of people find their place in the world and I can't wait to help you to find yours (again!).

Compass has over 30,000 agents and staff—an unrivaled national network of support and knowledge. I love learning from everyone I work with and being part of an industry that's always innovating. I embrace that growth - from using QR codes in 2010, to soaring drones over Manhattan in 2022. Even after 40 years, I'm still learning and exploring every day.

I also love Compass's thought leadership. Our Founder and CEO, Robert Reffkin, was interviewed on CNBC two weeks ago and boldly predicted that Q4 of 2022 was the bottom of this real estate cycle, saying, "For the first time in 10 months, all the statistics I look at are trending positively." Now other people seem to have a similar message in the WSJ, in Forbes, ...

Many of my top deals have been on top of the city, literally. It's no secret that I love penthouses and have be called the "Penthouse Expert".
