In 2018, Toni co-founded the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), an organization focused on elevating the consumer experience by improving the residential brokerage profession.

Toni joined Compass in 2015, two years after its founding. Now Compass is the largest brokerage in the United States, connecting over 25,000 top agents from coast to coast through an unparalleled tech platform.

In 2020, Toni became a member of REALM, the first globally collaborative real estate collective to be built around the unique lifestyles and personal interests of each client. With over 400 members, the collective represents clients in 192 countries.
