Dear Friends and Family,
Happy New year! Looking at the numbers, 2024 was a gangbuster year for the luxury market (see below). Moreover, 2025 is expected to be a year of solid growth for the luxury market and real estate in general. With this new year, I want to take a moment to reintroduce myself and my team and demonstrate how we are best poised to help you realize your 2025 goals.
Decades in Business
As a native New Yorker, and Manhattanite since 1984, I’ve experienced first-hand the dramatic change our city has undergone these past 40 years. As you likely heard, I have temporarily relocated to the West Village while my Tribeca home is renovated following immense water damage last year. This transition reminds me how what feels like "home" in NYC can change in an instant. But not every change is overnight. I've seen Meatpacking transition away from its name, 57th Street grow taller, and FiDi flourish.

After living in South Florida and Los Angeles, Josh returned to his roots and is a proud Brooklynite. Serving buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, Josh brings thoughtfulness and ingenuity to each client relationship.

With her dynamic background, she excels at negotiation and finding creative solutions to even the most daunting challenges. Specializing in the Upper East and West Sides, as well as Murray Hill and Gramercy Park, Vlada is passionate about providing her global clients with exceptional service.

In addition to her studies, Abby is the the child of real estate parents, meaning that this industry comes naturally to her.
