Building on yesterday's celebrations, this month I want to discuss a different type of freedom: The freedom to explore! From self-reflection to an international home search, there are many ways to let curiosity and discovery lead you forward.

**Explore the World**

Last month I was fortunate to be asked to speak at the Compass East Coast Luxury Summit in Florida and join the opening of our brand new offices in Palm Beach Gardens. Compass has been the #1 national private brokerage by sales volume for a few years and we keep growing. Where are you looking to summer? To retire? To relocate?

**Near or Far, Explore the Market**

If buying is even a remote possibility, it's important to always be on the look out. As my good friend, Heather, says "you never know when that perfect home might be listed!" There are an infinite number of reasons people may sell even in the "off-season." If you're not looking (or have an agent looking for you) you may miss your dream home.

**Explore Your Relationships**

When dealing with something as personal as a home, real estate is all about relationships. I've seen clients through every stage of their life. Now, I'm partnering with my nephew, Jason, to ensure I'm best poised to help you through all of your generational needs. Who is most important to you? And what can we do to support them?

**Finally, Explore Yourself**

As my 40th anniversary in real estate approaches (in September!), I can look back and see so much growth and change over the decades. A lot of that started with asking myself what I wanted personally and professionally. I set goals and found ways to achieve them with, of course, the support of friends and family like you!
